"Loco," meaning "crazy," refers to the sheer number of toppings piled on a single ear of corn — mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, cheese, and often crushed chips.
A boiled or grilled corn cob on a stick, slathered with mayonnaise and mustard, rolled in grated cheese with ketchup and lime on top. Capital vendors sell them from wheeled carts near parks.
