In 1997 Graus set a Guinness record for the world's largest grill: a 25 m² rack, flipped by crane, that now roasts over a tonne of longaniza.
A cured pork sausage seasoned with herbs and spices, grilled and eaten in bread at fiestas and bars across upper Aragón.
Why it's made this way: It is made in Graus in the Ribagorza district of Huesca, whose Fiesta de la Longaniza on the last Saturday of July is a declared Fiesta of Tourist Interest in Aragón.
