Murcia and Cartagena both claim it; one story says a waiter made it for a sailor who wanted his salad 'to go'.
A crunchy ring-shaped breadstick (rosquilla) piled with ensaladilla rusa and topped with one salted anchovy, eaten in two bites at the bar.
Why it's made this way: It appeared in the late 1970s to early 1980s; Cartagena and Murcia both claim it, and the first known press mention, in 1984, ties it to bars on Murcia's Plaza de las Flores.
