Bicky Burger

Photo coming soon

It was never meant to taste like a normal burger — the patty is a spiced, deep-fried blend that can include horse meat, topped with a bright relish found on no other sandwich.

A deep-fried meat patty sits in a sesame bun under Bicky's signature tangy relish of cabbage, cucumber, onion and mustard, plus pickles and fried onions. It's a frituur-counter staple, ordered by name rather than described.

Why it's made this way: Launched by the Beckers company in 1981, it became one of the first branded snack-bar products in Belgium to build a following purely on its distinctive sauce, spreading from local frituurs nationwide.
