The restaurant behind it, founded in 1829, holds a Guinness World Record as the oldest continuously operating dumpling restaurant in the world.
Boiled dumplings with a range of fillings — pork, seafood, vegetable — made with a technique the shop has used since the Qing dynasty, served with soy, vinegar, and garlic.
Why it's made this way: The dumpling-making method was formally recognized as a Liaoning provincial intangible cultural heritage in 2011.
