Unlike bánh ướt elsewhere, served with sausage or shrimp cakes, Đà Lạt's comes with chicken: shredded meat, offal and unlaid eggs.
Soft steamed rice sheets with shredded chicken, chicken offal and unlaid eggs, herbs, lettuce and a sweet-sour chili dipping sauce, served at small shops in central Đà Lạt.
Why it's made this way: A Đà Lạt speciality included in the Vietnam Records Association's 'Top 100 typical specialty dishes' list for 2011–2016.
