Bushmills Whiskey

The distillery's license to distill dates back to 1608, making it, by its own long-standing claim, the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the world.
Bushmills is a single malt and blended Irish whiskey distilled in County Antrim using water from the River Bush. It's sipped neat or with a splash of water, and remains tied to one small Northern Irish village.
Why it's made this way: Centuries of continuous whiskey-making in the small village of Bushmills have made the distillery a defining landmark of the Causeway Coast and a source of local identity in Northern Ireland.
