The Kogi truck used Twitter to announce where it was parking and has been called America's first viral eatery.
Small corn tortillas topped with Korean-marinated grilled meat such as bulgogi, plus kimchi-style slaw and salsa, sold from food trucks.
Why it's made this way: It was popularized in Los Angeles in 2008 by the Kogi truck of Mark Manguera and Roy Choi, who became the first food-truck chef named a Food & Wine Best New Chef.
